Exchange & Return Policies


We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel
happy with their purchases, but if something isn't right, let us know. Our
garments are all on a made to order basis and specially handcrafted for you.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.


Exchange & Return Policies 

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, you may return the merchandise
unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging
along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue
within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise
should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are
delivered.


Once received, the team of The Boozy Button would inspect the product for the
need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made
possible.


If you do not wish for an exchange then the refund will only be in the form of
Credit Note.


EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail

  1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  2. Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your completed invoice.
  3. Courier the parcel back to us.
  4. We do not return or exchange gift cards, juttis and handbags.
  5. No returns on discounted merchandise
  6. We will not accept the product :
  • if it has been damaged by you
  • if it is altered as per specs shared by you
  • if it has been worn.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


We do not offer merchandise exchanges or refunds on orders shipped
internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered
from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if
merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out
to us at theboozybutton@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of
receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and
dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a Return Accepted confirmation
email from us.


We will not accept the product :

  • if it has been damaged by you
  • if it is altered as per specs shared by you
  • if it has been worn.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your
bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
