Every Single Piece of theboozybutton Range passes a firm Quality Check under the experienced guidance of our designer. Still, if you are not happy with your selection or our Quality, you are open to claim return or exchange the article within 2 days from the date of receipt of the article at your end. You may request for exchange via our WhatsApp +91-97116 60777 or write us at care@theboozybutton.com along with your Order id and reason of exchange / return. Also, exchange can be done either way in same style of our any other styles of your choice. Customer has to pay an additional balance amount, if any, due to change in style.

We will tender an exchange against your Purchase and the request will be processed within 7-15 business Days. For this, customer has to courier back the packet to us and we will arrange exchange for them after receiving the return.

After receipt, it will pass through a firm quality check and exchange cannot be processed, if

  1. The item(s) found worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with proper care.
  2. Boozy Button reserves the right to decide whether the garments seems worn, washed, pored with perfume, altered or has post-purchase damage.
  3. If it is the customized order (Whether on measurement basis or Size swaping/mix match of Top and Bottom).
  4. If purchased in Sale / Offer price.

For International Customer: We advise our precious Int’l Customer to check our Measurement chart before placing the Order which is clearly shown against each of our Styles. That measurement chart indicating body measurement. However, in case of exchange/return, customer has to courier back the packet to our Indian address as stated on the webpage, The Boozy Button, Farm No.2 Jonapur Village New Delhi 110047. They can put their exchange / return request via WhatsApp Number +91- 97116 60777 or write us at care@theboozybutton.com along with Order id. No query or request will be entertained if,

  1. Incorrect or unreachable delivery address is provided.
  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the Shipping Partner.
  3. Package or Duty and taxes refused by recipient.
  4. Wrong information of delivery failed has been shared by the recipient.

We deliver your choice and our styles across the Globe in a quick and inexpensive manner. We offer free shipping within India on prepaid Order. On COD orders an additional charges of INR 150/- is applicable.

We always try to ship the Orders within on an average 7-10 business days from our warehouse. However if the ordered quantities are more than 5 pcs or from our New

Collections range and under production it may take longer to process your Orders. You may query for your Order status on our WhatsApp number +91-97116 60777 and you will receive response within 24 hrs (except Holiday or Sunday).

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and Public Holidays or due to pandemic situation.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, The Boozy Button cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
