Returns & Exchanges

You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at care@theboozybutton.com mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
We will arrange pickup at your expense of the product and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to The Boozy Button office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 2 days of delivery.
If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

We offer refunds in the form of Wallet/Gift Card. The Gift Card/Credit Note is valid for future purchases valid up to 6 months. The same can be used fully or partially. We also offer easy exchanges between styles & sizes. To initiate your return you can drop us a mail at care@theboozybutton.com
